INDYCAR and Parkside Cards Join Forces for Exciting New Trading Card Series

As the start of the 2024 INDYCAR season approaches, racing enthusiasts have even more reason to be excited. INDYCAR has announced a thrilling three-year partnership with Parkside Cards to create a brand-new trading card series. This collaboration, set to launch on March 1, promises fans an immersive experience filled with collectibles, contests, and giveaways that will truly enhance their race weekend enjoyment.

The INDYCAR Collection by Parkside will be available to fans at race events, in retail stores, and online. Parkside Cards aims to engage fans through various initiatives, offering redemption cards for signed memorabilia and a contest with a grand prize trip to the iconic Indy 500, among many other exciting opportunities.

Parkside Cards, known for its collections featuring the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the National Women’s Soccer League, is expanding its portfolio with this thrilling motorsport partnership. The INDYCAR Collection Hobby boxes, priced at $88.99 plus shipping, will contain 20 packs with eight cards each, ensuring that fans can anticipate receiving two autographed cards in every box. In addition, retail hanger packs will feature 25 cards, with an autographed card included in every 18th pack.

One unique feature of the collection is the inclusion of relic cards, which contain actual pieces of brick from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. These relic cards provide fans with an incredible tangible piece of racing history to add to their collections. The base set will include 162 cards, and collectors can also look forward to a 72-card Marquee Moments insert set, as well as thematic inserts such as Race Events, Pit Pass, and Indy NXT. Autographs from 27 different drivers will be available, with special Blue, Black, and 1/1 Gold parallels amplifying the collectability of the series.

Mark Miles, President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corp., expressed his enthusiasm for this partnership, acknowledging the significance of trading cards as a means for fans to connect with the sport’s stars. He is confident that the new INDYCAR card series will offer fans a dynamic and engaging way to connect with the personalities and talents that make INDYCAR racing so special.

Pre-sales for the 2024 INDYCAR boxes are already underway, building excitement ahead of the racing season’s kickoff in St. Petersburg, FL, on March 10. This collaboration between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards marks an exhilarating development for both racing enthusiasts and collectors, offering them a fresh and interactive way to celebrate the thrilling world of INDYCAR racing.
