Rare Tom Brady Expos Baseball Card Hits Auction Block

A rare Tom Brady baseball card has made its way to the market, and collectors are buzzing with excitement. The Bowman Chrome Tom Brady 1/1 Superfractor card, which was released by Topps on December 12, has quickly captured the attention of sports enthusiasts and collectors alike. This unique card, pulled from a pack of 2023 Bowman Chrome cards by a lucky collector, is currently being consigned to Goldin Co. and is up for bid in a stand-alone auction.

The Bowman Chrome set for 2023 features a total of 81 Tom Brady cards, including autograph cards and Refractors. Among the highlights are the 1/1 Superfractor and the 1/1 autographed Superfractor. To celebrate the launch of the set, Topps released videos of Tom Brady alongside baseball greats such as Pedro Martinez, Vlad Guerrero Sr., and Larry Walker. Fans and collectors were thrilled to see Brady in a Montreal Expos uniform, as this was the team that drafted him in the 1995 MLB Draft.

The 1/1 Superfractor cards are highly sought after, especially for collectors of NFL legend Tom Brady. Ken Goldin, the founder and CEO of Goldin, emphasized the rarity and value of this particular card, calling it “one in a million.” He believes that any serious Brady collector would consider it an essential addition to their collection. With such high demand, Goldin estimates that the autographed card could fetch more than $250,000 at auction.

This special Tom Brady card is a true 1-of-1, making it even more desirable and unique. Collectors have until January 13 to place their bids and potentially own this one-of-a-kind piece of sports memorabilia. As the auction continues, it will be interesting to see how high the bidding will go and which lucky collector will be the ultimate winner of this prized Tom Brady baseball card.
